Nano Living is hiring experienced residential letting agents
Nano Living is building a dedicated letting team to fill our residential buildings and help people find their next home.
We are looking for experienced, motivated agents who can turn enquiries into viewings, completed applications and successful move-ins. You must be comfortable working towards targets, following up consistently and taking responsibility for your results.
Minimum requirements
- At least 2 years’ proven residential letting experience. General sales experience alone will not meet this requirement.
- An exclusive commitment to Nano Living. You will let Nano-managed properties only and may not carry out letting work for other agencies or landlords during your engagement.
- A verifiable track record of securing tenants and closing residential leases.
- Strong communication skills in person, over the phone and on WhatsApp.
- Confidence using email, online application systems and shared lead trackers.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and the ability to travel to assigned buildings.
- Willingness to conduct viewings at agreed times, including scheduled weekend work.
- Contactable references who can verify your experience and performance.
Experience in Johannesburg CBD and the affordable rental market will be an advantage.
Your responsibilities
- Respond promptly to enquiries and match prospective tenants to suitable Nano units.
- Generate your own leads alongside enquiries allocated by Nano.
- Arrange, confirm and conduct professional property viewings.
- Explain rentals, deposits, additional charges and application requirements accurately.
- Follow up with prospective tenants and help them complete their applications.
- Coordinate with the office team through approval, lease signing and move-in.
- Keep every enquiry, viewing outcome and next action recorded in Nano’s systems.
- Work with building managers to confirm unit availability and viewing readiness.
- Meet agreed letting targets and provide clear updates on your progress.

We measure success through completed leases and successful move-ins, supported by accurate administration and proper tenant screening.
