To apply for a rental property, click on the “Register” button and create your profile. Browse to the property you would like to apply for, fill out the application form and provide the necessary documents, such as proof of income and identification. We’ll be in touch within 48 hours.

You will need to provide a completed application form, a copy of your ID, proof of income (such as your latest payslip), and a three-month bank statement.
The application process typically takes 48 hours, depending on the completeness of your application and the response time from your references and background checks.
The monthly rent includes the cost of the unit itself. Utilities such as water, electricity, and gas may be billed separately unless otherwise specified in the lease agreement. Please refer to your specific lease for details.
Rent can be paid online through our tenant portal or by direct bank transfer. Details for payment methods are provided in your lease agreement and on our tenant portal.
For maintenance issues, please submit a maintenance request through our tenant portal. For urgent repairs, please refer to the emergency contacts in your lease agreement/welcome pack.
In case of an emergency repair (such as a major water leak or loss of electricity), please refer to the emergency contacts in your lease agreement/welcome pack immediately. We are available 24/7 for emergency repairs.
Any changes or improvements to the rental unit must be approved by property management in writing. Unauthorized alterations may result in charges for restoring the unit to its original condition.
Your lease agreement continues on a month-to-month basis until you decide to issue us a one-month notice if you wish to cancel.
If you need to move out before your lease ends, please contact our office as soon as possible. Early termination may result in a penalty fee and forfeiture of some of your security deposit, depending on the terms of your lease agreement.
Your security deposit will be refunded within 20 days after you move out, provided there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear and all outstanding rent and fees have been paid. A detailed statement of any deductions will be provided.
None of our properties are pet friendly at this time.
Subletting is generally not allowed unless expressly permitted in your lease agreement and approved by property management in writing. Unauthorized subletting may result in eviction.
