Can I sublet the property ?

The lease agreement will state the maximum number of people who can live at the property, and will state that the property
cannot be sublet. A tenant may not sublet the property, or any part of it, without the written consent of the landlord. This is the case even if the lease does not say anything about not subletting the property.
