What happens to my deposit if a new management company takes over ?

The old property management company will transfer your deposit to the new management company, along with your lease details.

This includes:

+ Interest accrued (if applicable)
+ Any documentation or inspection reports

You have the right to ask for confirmation that your deposit has been successfully transferred.
